How can I return or exchange my item?Updated a month ago
Please start a return through our Return Portal.
Our “Shop Now” feature lets you exchange your item for a different size, color, or another product directly from the portal. Simply click “Return Item” to start the process and select the “Shop Now” option.
Please note:
Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
For gifts, please use the gift return option in the portal.
