How do I check the status of my return and refund?Updated a year ago

Once your return has been delivered, please allow up to 7 business days (as stated in our return policy) for our team to review and process your return before the resolution is issued. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

You can track your return package by checking the tracking number included in the prepaid shipping label or through the Happy Returns link emailed to you. 

After we have processed your return, we will immediately refund your method of payment. However, it may take up to 10 business days for it to be processed and posted to your account by your financial institution.
