WHAT IS SHOP PAY?

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout option that allows you to complete your purchase faster by automatically filling in your saved email, payment, and shipping details.

You can securely store up to five shipping addresses and up to five credit cards. Your mobile phone number is used for SMS verification to help keep your account secure.

HOW DO REFUNDS WORK WITH SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS?

To request a refund, simply initiate a return as you normally would. Once your return is processed, the refunded amount will be sent back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, and your remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly.

• If your refund is less than your total purchase amount, it may not reduce your next scheduled payment. Instead, you may see fewer remaining payments, a reduced final payment, or both.
• If your refund exceeds your remaining balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
